Privacy Policy

We do not store the contents of your requests or responses — message bodies, prompts, completions, and tool inputs pass through the gateway and are never written to our storage. Payload logging is off.

Metadata is used to authenticate keys, draw down your prepaid balance, show you per-model usage, and keep the service secure and reliable. We don’t sell your data or use your content to train models.

To serve a request, its contents are forwarded to the model provider you target — routed through their zero-data-retention paths so they don’t retain it. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives the data needed to take payment (we never see your card). We share data with no one else except as required by law.

We keep account and usage metadata for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, tax, and legal records. Request and response contents aren’t retained at all.

Traffic is encrypted in transit; account, balance, and usage data are encrypted at rest. Keys are stored only as hashes. See our security page for more.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and manage your balance and top-ups, by emailing us or from your dashboard. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

ObixHub serves dev teams, and your requests may be processed in regions where the model providers operate. We rely on the providers’ data-protection commitments and zero-data-retention options where available.
