Terms of Service

You sign in to a team account and are responsible for activity under it, including all keys your members create. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for use made with your keys until you revoke them.

You agree to use ObixHub lawfully and to follow the usage policies of the underlying model providers. Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the gateway.

We may suspend access that threatens the integrity of the service or other customers.

ObixHub is a flat monthly subscription, billed in USD by card. You pick a plan and your team uses it against the included usage allowance for the billing period. Prices are shown before you subscribe.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Fees already paid for a completed billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Keys are scoped to your team and can be rotated or revoked at any time. You're responsible for safeguarding them. We store only a hash of each key and never your prompts.

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is.” We may change, add, or remove features, supported models, or pricing, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObixHub is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for the outputs of the underlying models.

You may cancel your subscription and stop using ObixHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
