Terms of Service

You sign in with Google or GitHub OAuth to a team account and are responsible for activity under it, including all keys your members create. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for use made with your keys until you revoke them.

You agree to use ObixHub lawfully and to follow the usage policies of the underlying model providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI). Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the gateway.

We may suspend or terminate access that threatens the integrity of the service or other customers, or that violates these terms or provider policies.

ObixHub is prepaid and pay-as-you-go, billed in USD via Stripe. You top up a team balance — a flat 15% service fee applies at top-up (the only ObixHub margin; usage is metered at official provider prices 1:1). Eligible promo codes, when offered, discount only that service fee, never the credited principal. There is no monthly fee, subscription, or minimum commitment.

Top-ups credit your balance when payment succeeds. Except where required by law, top-ups are non-refundable; unused balance remains available for your usage.

You may enable auto-recharge so that, when the balance falls below a threshold you set, we charge a saved payment method on file with Stripe to restore funds. You can change or turn off auto-recharge in the dashboard. Failed auto-recharges may leave the balance low until you fund it manually.

Keys are scoped to your team’s prepaid wallet and can be rotated or revoked at any time. You’re responsible for safeguarding them. We store only a hash of each customer-facing key and never your prompts. Linked provider credentials used to call Anthropic or OpenAI are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you in full.

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is.” Upstream model providers may experience outages or limits beyond our control. We may change, add, or remove features, supported models, or pricing, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObixHub is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for the outputs of the underlying models or for outages or acts of those providers.

You may stop using ObixHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Unused prepaid balance is handled as described under Balance and billing and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
